- Large Facility with updated equipment: Join a team that operates in a modern 300,000 ft facility on a 30-acre property, equipped with state-of-the-art technology-including high-capacity cranes, advanced CNC machining, large-format cutting and forming equipment, and comprehensive welding, coating, and assembly capabilities-designed for growth, efficiency, and innovation
- Perform MIG welding (GMAW-Short Circuit and GMAW-Pulse) to fabricate and assemble metal components.
- Interpret blueprints, job specifications, and engineering drawings to determine proper weld placement, sequence, and technique.
- Set up and maintain welding equipment in accordance with WPS requirements; perform basic machine maintenance.
- Use fixtures, jigs, or hand layouts to position, align, and secure parts for welding.
- Inspect finished welds for quality, ensuring conformance to specifications using measuring tools and visual inspection.
- Operate overhead cranes, jib cranes, or forklifts to safely move large parts (training provided).
- Follow all Super Steel and OSHA safety protocols and adhere to quality standards and procedures.
