Super Steel Products , a certified Tier One supplier to Fortune 500 OEMs, is looking for Welders to join their team in Milwaukee, WI due to company growth .

If you have at least 3 years of MIG welding experience or are a recent graduate from a technical school for welding, Super Steel Products wants to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding (GMAW-Short Circuit and GMAW-Pulse) to fabricate and assemble metal components.
• Interpret blueprints, job specifications, and engineering drawings to determine proper weld placement, sequence, and technique.
• Set up and maintain welding equipment in accordance with WPS requirements; perform basic machine maintenance.
• Use fixtures, jigs, or hand layouts to position, align, and secure parts for welding.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, ensuring conformance to specifications using measuring tools and visual inspection.
• Operate overhead cranes, jib cranes, or forklifts to safely move large parts (training provided).
• Follow all Super Steel and OSHA safety protocols and adhere to quality standards and procedures.
