hour Includes a base rate of \$37.35 per hour Plus a \$2.00 per hour

Continuous Operating Schedule (COS) differential Additional

differentials: Night shift differential: \$0.70 per hour \*Additional

starting pay may be offered based on years of relevant experience.Earn

over \$100k in your first year working the COS schedule \$2,000

retention bonus! with 2-year commitment - \$1,000 after 90 days, \$1,000

after one year Shift:COS - 12hr rotating shifts including weekends and

some holidays. \*\*Double time on Sundays\*\* - \$78.70 on Sunday with

the COS schedule Responsibilities When your actions lead to success:

Upholds all ethical standards associated with safety, quality and food

safety policies and procedures within the facility, including the TC

Transcontinental Code of Conduct and Values. Complies with all the

standards that are followed in the TC Menasha plant, including, but not

limited to - Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality

Food (SQF), Continuous Improvement (CI) and any other processes

established within the TC Menasha plant. Take action on unsafe

situations. Troubleshoot on designated department machine centers

Participation and involvement in associated committees or activities is

highly encouraged Drive continuous improvement activities to help

achieve plant goals and targets Balance safety, quality, and

productivity to achieve goals in all areas Use the CMMS system to ensure

compliance to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Ensure

effective employee relations, including leading by example Ensures best

practices are communicated and followed up on Provide training and

coaching to apprentices and peers for performance and process\... For
