Welder/Fabrication Specialist 1st Shift - Direct Hire, full benefits from Day 1**

**About the Role**

Were looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team in building high-quality, custom signage. Youll work on a variety of projects including channel letters, monument signs, pylons, and illuminated signs. This role includes both shop work and occasional field installations.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate fabrication equipment: routers, saws, brakes, etc.

+ Cut, bend, weld, and assemble metal and plastic components

+ Install LED lighting and basic electrical systems

+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

+ Perform finishing work: grinding, painting, laminating, vinyl application

+ Work with materials like aluminum, steel, acrylic, and composite panels

**What Were Looking For**

+ 5+ years of fabrication or welding experience (signage experience preferred)

+ Skilled in MIG/TIG welding and metalworking

+ Familiar with a wide range of materials and fabrication techniques

+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment

+ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

+ Knowledge of UL standards for illuminated signs is a plus
