Job Description
Revelyst is seeking a Project Manager, Sourcing to join our Global Operations & Supply Chain team. This role is instrumental in managing high-impact sourcing and supply chain projects, focusing on supplier transitions, network optimization, and vendor relationship management for hard goods categories such as helmets, drinkware, grills, stoves, and other non-wearable accessories.
As part of the PMO, you will support Revelyst's GEARUP transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless supplier transitions, cost-effective network changes, and supply continuity across the product portfolio.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, PMO and is located onsite at one of our platform offices in Bozeman, MT, Irvine, CA, or Logan, UT.
As the Sourcing Project Manager, you'll get the opportunity to:
- Lead sourcing-related projects, including vendor transitions, supply base diversification, and network optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
- Partner with Sourcing and Supply Chain teams to manage vendor transitions for hard goods categories, optimizing cost, quality, and delivery while reducing supply chain risk.
- Support supplier reallocation and footprint consolidation efforts, focusing on cost efficiency and operational resilience.
- Work closely with Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure strategic project execution.
- Drive process standardization and support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new suppliers, systems, and workflows.
- Maintain clear project tracking, provide updates to leadership, and proactively escalate risks or roadblocks to ensure transparency.
You Have:
- 3-5 years of project management experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations, preferably with hard goods and international suppliers (Asia focus).
- Strong understanding of vendor management, supply chain network dynamics, and sourcing strategies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on execution and results.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field required.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
