**Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:**

- Knowledge of and ability to follow OSHA, and Hutton safety

protocols.

- Knowledge of building codes, design, site control, inspection

procedures and scheduling.

- Ability to read, understand and communicate plans and

specifications.

- Able to lead and motivate others to accomplish tasks safely.

- Able to productively work in a team environment.

- Able to follow directions as specified.

- Able to clearly communicate instructions and expectations.

- Able to do repetitive detailed work as needed.

- Able to solve problems quickly with tact and diplomacy.

- Able to get to and from work utilizing own transportation and

company vehicles.

**Special Requirements & Software Skills Preferred:**

- OSHA 10/30-Hour Certified

- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Construction Scheduling Software (ASTA, Primavera or Equivalent)

- Estimating Software (Timberline, Beck or Equivalent)

- PDF viewer and editing software (Bluebeam, Adobe or Equivalent)
