We're hiring a Machine Operator to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. Night Shift: 6pm - 4:30am (Monday - Friday) 6pm - 6:30am (Monday - Thursday) Pay Rate: $24.75 - $24.93 per hour starting pay rate with advancement opportunities. Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines including Plasma/Oxy-Fuel Burn Tables, Laser Tables, and Press Brakes. Read and follow job orders and blueprints to fabricate parts accurately. Handle materials using forklifts and overhead cranes. Work with other departments to make sure jobs are completed efficiently. Help with equipment maintenance and workplace cleanliness. Follow safety procedures and support lean manufacturing efforts. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Experience operating CNC machines preferred (2+ years a plus). Forklift and overhead crane experience required (training available). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.75 - $24.95/hr.
