Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Cincinnati, OH. This job involves running and installing ductwork in an existing retail store, so candidates must be able to work in active environments and follow layout plans with minimal supervision.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and running sheet metal ductwork (square and spiral)

• Working in existing store spaces with care for ongoing operations

• Installing supports, grilles, and diffusers

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings

• Sealing and insulating duct systems as needed

• Following all safety and cleanliness standards on site

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience

• Experience working in occupied or existing commercial spaces

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, boots)

• Ability to work independently and from blueprints

• Reliable transportation and consistent jobsite attendance
