Project Manager (HVAC)

Oversees project construction for compliance with specification local orders and installation technique.

- Plans project schedules and execution according to company's plan.

- Negotiates, prepares, and issues subcontracts to clients.

- Sets up ordering and delivery schedules for HVAC materials

- Estimates cost, billing, and collections for the company.

- Effectively communicates, project progress, documentation on compliance and other HVACR issues.

- Keeps records of HVAC repairs and replacement made and causes of malfunctions.

- Discusses heating or cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems or to verify that repairs corrected malfunctions.

- Analyzes HVAC blueprints, design specifications, or manufacturers' recommendations to ascertain the configuration of heating or cooling equipment components.

- Ensures compliance with all applicable HVAC standards, policies, or procedure

Requirements: HS Diploma/GED + 1(one) year exp on the job offer or any closely related HVAC occupation.

Must have a Diploma or Certificate in heating and conditioning.
