Responsibilities:
* Ensuring safety in all that we do.
* Report to your foreman.
* Operate mini excavators, skid steers, rollers, D5 dozers, 953 and 963 track loaders, 924k front end loaders, and any other equipment necessary for successful completion of job.
* Labor on the job site as needed (including but not limited to; pothole utilities, spread rock, install pipe and operate small hand held equipment).
* Be punctual.
* Drive various size trucks to and from the job sites.
* Physical demands include but are not limited to; lifting heavy objects, walking, and standing for extended periods of time and performing physical labor under adverse weather conditions.

Skills and Qualifications: * Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed. * Valid driver license required. Class A CDL is a plus. * Relatively clean motor vehicle report. (Applicants w/ a drug or alcohol driving offense in the last five years will not be considered. Other violations will be evaluated using our insurance company standards.) * Ability to work 40 - 60 hours a week including some Saturdays. * Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
