With nearly 25 years in business and a track record of successful multimillion-dollar projects ranging from $800K to $8M, this growing firm maintains a tight-knit office staff of about 10 and a field crew of roughly 70, reflecting strong employee tenure and a 75% retention rate. Their portfolio includes high-end multifamily renovations (such as condos, common corridors, and lobbies), amenity spaces, management offices, and luxury amenity and plaza decks. The position has opened due to continued growth and increasing project volume. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the executive lead on high-profile commercial construction projects, overseeing scope, design, schedule, and delivery. Manage the full lifecycle of construction efforts, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contract requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams including project managers, superintendents, estimators, and field staff to drive performance and ensure project excellence. Oversee project financials, risk management, contracts, and forecasting with executive-level accountability.
