Responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG welding processes and be able to read blueprints, work independently, and maintain a strong focus on quality and safety. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing clean, strong welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and job orders
  
  
• Set up welding equipment and adjust settings for material type and thickness
  
  
• Inspect welds for accuracy, appearance, and structural soundness
  
  
• Grind and clean welded parts as needed
  
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
  
  
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment
