HVAC Technician ( Summer perk: Half-day Fridays with full-day pay!)

Were currently seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to join our close-knit team.

Requirements:
* Journeymans Oil License
* Gas License
* EPA Certification Universal
* 5+ years of HVAC experience
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Professional communication and customer service skills
* Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Key Responsibilities:
* Install, service, and repair a variety of HVAC systems
* Troubleshoot and diagnose performance issues
* Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
* Clearly communicate HVAC findings and solutions to customers
* Ensure all work is code-compliant and completed to industry standards
* Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency service (with additional pay)
