About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager – Land Development , you’ll lead a variety of private and public sector site development projects including residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial. You’ll manage every phase from initial planning through final construction, acting as both a technical lead and client liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of land development projects from concept through construction
Serve as the primary contact for clients, municipalities, and design partners
Mentor junior engineers and designers, and support team development
Stamp and seal project documents, review RFIs, and conduct quality control
Attend public meetings and present projects before planning and regulatory bodies
Coordinate with architects, surveyors, MEP engineers, and contractors
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
Active P.E. license or eligible for Tennessee reciprocity
Minimum 6 years of site development design experience
Minimum 3 years in a project management or leadership role
Proficiency in Civil 3D; experience with HEC-RAS or HEC-HMS a plus
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
