**Compensation**
The base hourly rate for this position is \$21.36.

This position supports the core team in the Hillsboro plant. The Entry
Level Operator works cross-functionally and is a part of the
Pay-For-Skills program.The Pay-For-Skills program builds on the Entry
Level Operator with pay increasing after each of the four jobs is
learned which means ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT. The facility is one of the top
performers in the division supplying material all over the United States

**This is a temp to hire opportunity. For your first 90 days you will
receive \$18.50/ hour, after you get converted you will make
\$21.36/hour.**
**Hours:** 6AM-6PM
**Schedule**: Must be able to work any days of the week, including
weekends, holidays, and OT
