**Description:** Overview Epstein is seeking a Construction Project

Manager. Candidates must be experienced in construction project

management and have an understanding of quality management principals,

general design and engineering principals, and construction techniques.

The capability to coordinate with other building design disciplines is

critical. Experience with diverse project types including industrial

projects, warehouse/distribution, food manufacturing plants,

institutional projects and commercial projects is a plus. The Project

Manager must be dedicated to client satisfaction, maximizing the

profitability of every project, and enhancing the Companys reputation

through professionalism and fair dealing with others.**\

**Skills:****** Requirements 5-10 years of project management experience

on multiple major projects preferably with time spent on jobsites of

design-build projects Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Structural, Civil

or Construction), Architecture, Construction Management or related field

Working knowledge of field construction: systems, practices, safety and

procedures 10 hour OSHA certification (preferred) LEED AP or knowledge

of sustainable construction practices (preferred) Estimating experience

(preferred) Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Revit, NavisWorks,

AutoCAD and Prolog Knowledge of basic accounting, budgeting, and cost

allocation procedures Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to

work efficiently and independently Effective interpersonal, verbal and

written communication skills Up to 25% travel may be required**\

**Duties:****** General Responsibilities Establish overall project plan

and provide project leadership. Promote and maintain client

relationships. Demonstrate effective teamwork through the establishment

of successful interpersonal relationships with co-workers and other

disciplines within the Company. Responsible for mentoring and managing

team members, time management, and developing client relationships on a

multiple projects. Develop subcontractors interest, receive and review

prequalification forms for preparation for bidders list. Prepare

individual packages for competitive bidding of all project work.

Receive, analyze and clarify all bids. Make award recommendations.

Negotiate, award and administer all subcontracts, purchase orders and

change orders. Establish and monitor project costs and schedule. Perform

frequent job site inspections and project progress meetings. Receive,

review and process all vendor submittals including expediting delivery

of materials and equipment. Prepare all required project status reports

to inform and coordinate with client. Assemble, review and transmit all

project closeout information (i.e. as-builts, warranties) and provide

required warranty follow-up. Direct supervisory responsibility of site

personnel. Work with governmental agencies to aid project success or

resolve job problems as needed.
