**About the Role**
A Mid-level Construction Manager specializing in Transmission & Substation projects is responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities related to electrical transmission and substation projects.
**Responsabilities**
+ Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets for transmission and substation projects.
+ Coordinating with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
+ Will work daily with construction crews, engineering firms, project management, various ComEd internal work groups.
+ Provide oversight to total scope of various projects, including safety, environmental, general knowledge of engineering/design, civil construction and electric construction.
+ Managing construction progress and quality to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED
**Skills** :
+ 10+ Years Transmission/Substation work experience, electric utility construction experience, leadership experience
+ Project management: planning, schedule, budget, and resource control.
+ Leadership and communication: coordinating multidisciplinary teams, dealing with clients, contractors, and authorities.
+ Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
+ Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, SAP, ERP, and electrical design software.

**Pay Details:** $68.00 per hour
