Position Overview

We are seeking a Finish Carpenter to join our residential construction team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for craftsmanship, and experience in high-end residential projects. Youll be working on custom new home builds throughout the greater Portland area, contributing to projects that homeowners will cherish for a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform high-quality finish carpentry including trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and other interior woodwork.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

+ Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

+ Use a variety of hand and power tools with precision and care.

Qualifications

+ 3+ years of experience in finish carpentry or residential construction.

+ Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry techniques.

+ Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

+ OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
