Electrical Foreman**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills while actively participating in fieldwork. Proficiency in reading blueprints is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage teams of various sizes on different projects.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure project specifications are met.
+ Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including conduit bending and troubleshooting.
+ Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience as a foreman.
+ Ability to run different crew sizes effectively.
+ Experience in electrical construction and leadership communication.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading, conduit work, and troubleshooting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with large projects is advantageous.
+ Possession of a JM or Master license is preferred.
+ Willingness to undergo a prescreen drug test and background check.
