Responsibilities Lead technical and project management tasks for public infrastructure roadway projects. Develop design plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates for bidding. Support and guide junior staff, manage clients and sub-consultants, and track project budgets. Delegate tasks and have basic knowledge of survey data, land rights, and permits. Manage projects from concept to construction, engaging stakeholders at all levels. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Project management experience is required. P.E. license preferred. Experience with MassDOT and Boston standards preferred. Experience supervising staff preferred.
