Insulation Production Worker**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic production and fabrication teams to design and build innovative products. As a General Production Worker, you will utilize your mechanical and computer aptitude to operate machinery used in the production of sheet metal parts. You will operate the Prima Power machine, which is automated, but requires a level of mechanical inclination and trainability to ensure its proper functioning. Experience with CNC or similar high-level machinery is advantageous. You will set up and operate the machine, ensuring it runs smoothly, and inspect the final products for quality assurance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with production and fabrication teams to design and build products.
+ Operate and maintain the Prima Power machine, ensuring it runs efficiently.
+ Set up production equipment and inspect final products.
+ Utilize mechanical and computer skills to address machinery needs.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of machine operating experience.
+ Experience with sheet metal processing.
+ Strong computer skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with CNC, plasma, or water jets is a plus.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office.

**Work Environment**
You will train on a swing shift from 10 am to 6:30 pm before transitioning to the first shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm for 1-2 months. Steel-toed shoes are required in the workplace.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
