Senior Project Manager
Location: St.Paul, MN • Immediate Hire
What You’ll Do:
- Lead large-scale industrial, commercial, or mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning
- Own estimating, change orders, schedule, budget management, and stakeholder communication
- Coach & mentor PM and APM staff; drive best practices across the team
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years managing industrial/mechanical or process-focused construction
- Strong estimating, analytical, problem-solving, and scheduling skills (MS Project)
- Excellent communicator with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
