Location: Santa Clara & Greater Bay Area | Pay Range: $30$55/hr (based on experience & certification)

Positions Available:
Journeyman Electricians Must be certified and able to run jobs, read plans, and lead small crews
Apprentice Electricians Mid-level apprentices with strong field experience and a desire to grow
Electrical Trainees Minimum 3 years of experience in residential or light commercial work

Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment per NEC standards
Perform residential and commercial service work, remodels, and upgrades
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Troubleshoot electrical issues using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other testing tools
Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and schematics
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures on-site

Requirements:
Journeyman applicants must hold a current CA Journeyman Certification
Apprentices and trainees must have valid ET cards and at least 3 years of hands-on experience
Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools
Ability to work cleanly, follow code, and communicate clearly
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn or lead
