What You'll Do
In this hands-on welding and assembly role, your daily responsibilities will include:
Welding pre-manufactured parts into sub-assembled fixtures using MIG welding techniques.
Positioning and spot weldingponents accurately based on blues and order specs.
Adjusting weld parameters such as heat, time, and tips to ensure strong, clean welds.
Reading and interpreting oven orders to determine part requirements for each build.
Fabricating sub-assemblies of varying size, material grade, andplexityguided by detailed drawings and instructions.
Assembling and building stations correctly with strong attention to detail and adnce to process pacing.
Collaborating with team members in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a reliable, mechanically inclined team player who values quality and precision. You'll thrive in this role if you:
Can read and interpret blues, welding diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Have strong welding skills and tool knowledge, including use of voltmeters, calipers, and spot weld guns.
Possess excellentanizational and counting skills to manage paperwork and parts.
Are physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, sit, and stand throughout your shift.
Demonstrate strong time management and taskpletion ability.
Are flexible and willing to assist other departments, such as assembly, crating, or insulation, as needed.
Aremitted to keeping a clean,anized, and safe work area.

Pay Details: $21.50 to $29.00 per hour
