Key Responsibilities Perform structural welding and fitting using flux core and pulse techniques Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Cut, prep, and fit materials to tight tolerances Work in shipyard environments on NAVSEA projects Operate safely and efficiently with cranes and rigging systems What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of structural welding/fitting experience Proficiency in flux core and pulse welding (required) Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills NAVSEA experience and code knowledge preferred Testing Requirements 3G Flux Core Weld Test 3G Pulse Weld Test Blueprint Reading Assessment Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
