Foreman/Equipment Operator in Milton,DE,US

Position Overview: We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Site Foreman to lead jobsite operations from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and is hands-on with both people and equipment. Review and execute the scope of work as outlined in our CRM. Communicate with the Project Manager for any needed clarity. Coordinate material and equipment handling. Set the pace and process for the crew on site. Maintain jobsite quality and uphold safety standards. Manage jobsite efficiency and ensure tasks are completed timely. Care for and maintain company equipment and vehicles. Ensure the jobsite is clean and organized - pick up trash, clean trucks, and look for issues proactively.
