Telecom Telecom Construction Manager Location: Raleigh NC Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Manager to support the development and upgrade of telecommunication towers. This hybrid role involves both field and office responsibilities, with a strong focus on construction tracking, database management, and collaboration with general contractors. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects and a solid foundation in data-driven project coordination. Responsibilities Assist in the coordination and execution of telecommunication tower construction and modification projects. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records in internal and client-facing databases, including site tracking, build milestones, quality checks, and material deliveries. Maintain effective communication with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of project tasks and accurate data reporting. Gather, verify, and reconcile construction progress data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and completeness. Generate progress reports, schedules, and dashboards using database tools and project management platforms. Support construction teams with reviewing technical drawings, permitting documentation, and engineering specifications. Conduct periodic site visits to confirm construction status and perform basic inspections or verifications. Assist in resolving on-site issues by coordinating with engineering and construction teams. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field (equivalent work experience considered). 2-4 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or telecom projects. Hands-on experience collaborating with general contractors in the field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Access or SQL-based systems. Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or SiteTracker. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Detail-oriented with a high commitment to data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred. Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
