We are looking for hardworking, safety-conscious individuals to join our concrete crew. As a Concrete Laborer, you will assist with forming, pouring and finishing concrete structures under the guidance of experienced team members. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, teamwork and a willingness to learn. Prior concrete or construction experience is preferred, but not required. Key Responsibilities:
Follow all company safety protocols and attend scheduled Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) training sessions.
Assist with setting forms, pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete under supervision.
Prep work areas by staging materials and assembling tools or equipment as needed.
Place and secure reinforcing materials like rebar or mesh.
Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with positioning anchor bolts, steel plates, and other embedded items.
Apply sealers, curing compounds, or other surface treatments as directed.
Help with concrete patching, waterproofing, and minor surface repairs.
Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free job site.

Previous construction or concrete experience is a plus, but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Drivers License
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and take direction
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and call-ins
Comfortable working at heights when required
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, climbing ladders or stairs and use of hands
Regular stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling
Able to communicate well with others.
