Manufacturing Machine Operator
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hour
Schedule: Multiple schedules are available
Overtime: Occasional OT may be required on weekdays or weekends

What You'll Be Doing:
Operate a variety of heavy and precision machinery
Assemble and inspect products to ensure top-tier quality
Set up and adjust equipment based on production needs
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Record, analyze, and report production data
Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee law)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot
Ability to read calipers, blueprints, and work instructions
Basic math skills for performing measurements and offsets
Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Good coordination, motor skills, and mechanical aptitude
