JOB DUTIES:
Carpenters are responsible for the full range of rough and finished skilled carpentry work which includes, but is not limited to:
Constructing, remodeling, and repairing interior and exterior structures per project scope and Michigan Building Code.
Ability to independently lead a project, give direction to a support team, and follow through on projects in a timely manner.
Ability to work from blueprints, specs, drawings and instructions to complete the scope of work quickly and with high quality.
Have a general knowledge of standards, construction specifications, and be compliant with building and safety codes.
Maintain a clean, hazard free work area.
Promptly and accurately record all work performed and location hours.
Be available to work consistently and predictably.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
(5) years minimum of experience working as a professional carpenter, both rough and finished.
Maintain professionalism with clients, team members and vendors.
Valid drivers license and transportation.
Perform all job duties with a positive attitude.
