Project Coordinator

Location: New Berlin, WI

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in New Berlin, WI. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to support and coordinate various aspects of fire protection projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Coordinate and track change orders to maintain project accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with project scheduling to support timely progress and milestone completion.
  • Maintain clear and organized project documentation.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in handling RFIs and change orders.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Additional Qualifications

  • Minimum of6 months of experience in administrative or project support roles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based, offering a professional and structured work setting. Occasional interaction with field teams or clients may be required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
