Residential Roofing Installer

Oregon Shield Roofing & Construction LLC seeking skilled and dedicated Roofing professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in various roofing techniques and materials, with a focus on quality workmanship and safety. This role involves working on residential roofing projects, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain roofs using materials such as shingles, Tpo and metal.
Perform framing carpentry tasks to support roofing structures.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
Execute masonry work as needed for roof installations or repairs.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in all roofing tasks.
Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields is preferred.
Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective project execution. Not needed it can be taught.
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or climbing.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in roofing applications.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.
A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
