Founded by University of Florida alumni, we are a tight-knit team of five engineers delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions across Florida and Georgia. Our projects span healthcare, higher education, research facilities, K-12, churches, and multi-family developmentsranging up to $30 million in value.

What Were Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer with a strong design background and 24 years of experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking for long-term growth, including the opportunity to become a partner with equity in the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and layout of electrical systems including lighting, fire alarm systems, gear sizing, and receptacles
• Collaborate with MEP teams on integrated design solutions
• Work on healthcare and institutional projects with a focus on code compliance and energy efficiency
• UseAutoCAD and Revitto develop construction documents
• Participate in project meetings and client coordination

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 24 years of experience in electrical design (MEP)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience with healthcare or institutional projects strongly preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• EIT or PE license is a plus

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
