Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and driven Mechanical Layout/Plumber to join a thriving local manufacturing company. This role is essential in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of their products by reinforcing Structure, Discipline, and Standards. If you're passionate about mechanical systems, precision assembly, and innovation, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
Build sub-assemblies related to fluid management on Solstice LT, S4, S8, and S300 platforms.
Position pneumatic valves, pumps, and tank/chamber assemblies with a focus on plumbing efficiency and serviceability.
Bend and install PFA tubing and connect pneumatic lines to/from valves as per engineering fluid flow diagrams.
Collaborate with mechanical engineers and production teams to ensure quality and functionality.
Provide continuous improvement recommendations for tools and production processes.
Report progress regularly to the Production Manager.
What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience building mechanical systems.
Familiarity with engineering assembly drawings and Fluid Flow Documents (P&ID).
Preferred experience in manufacturing Semiconductor Support Equipment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Vision-driven mindset with a focus on problem-solving and achieving results.
