General Laborer

HCE, a family-owned construction company in Central Indiana, is growing and seeking a dedicated

Laborerto join our team! Were looking for a motivated go-getter whos ready to work hard, show up on time, and uphold our high standards for safety and quality.

About the Role

Youll be a key player in our construction projects, with tasks including:

- Utility work(e.g., installing pipes, grading)

- Site preparation(e.g., clearing, excavation prep)

- Foundation work(e.g., forming, pouring)

- Other duties as needed to keep projects moving forward

What Were Looking For

- Strong work ethic and reliability - show up ready to work

- Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks (ability to lift 50+ lbs)

- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions

- Valid drivers license(required for insurance purposes)

- CDL (Class B) a plus but not required; opportunity to enroll in HCEs

company-sponsored CDL B course and get CDL B License

- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

- No prior experience required; safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 10, confined spaces) a bonus but not necessary

Job Details

- Location: Primary work area in

Central Indiana; shop based in

Trafalgar, Indiana

- Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, with

Saturdays as needed

- Start Date: Immediate openings - start as soon as next week!

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

- 12 hour shift

- 8 hour shift

- Home daily

- Home weekends

- Monday to Friday
