Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Engineer to join our team. This role involves managing and executing projects with precision and a focus on customer satisfaction. You will oversee project planning, financial performance, and ensure timely completion within budget. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects following established project processes, providing direction to assisting Project Engineers.
- Complete projects per contractual requirements, ensuring they are within budget, on time, and meet a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the financial performance of assigned projects, including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections, and re-estimating costs.
- Manage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for scope expansion.
- Coordinate project materials and shared resources, identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, identify issues, and implement corrective action plans.
- Bachelors Degree in HVAC (Building Automation Controls) (3- or 4-year program)
- PMP Certification
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and project management skills
- Working knowledge of project financial reporting
- Ability to handle multiple challenges simultaneously
- Experience in electrical, project coordination, and engineering
- Familiarity with building automation systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel
