Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership : Manage the full lifecycle of capital projects exceeding $1MM, including planning, design, execution, and closure.
- Technical Execution : Apply industry-standard methodologies and tools across all project phases:
- Planning & Design : Develop URS, FMEA, RFPs, project scopes, budgets, and milestone schedules.
- Execution & Implementation : Oversee FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification, decommissioning, and start-up activities.
- Monitoring & Closure : Conduct after-action reviews, manage change control, and ensure proper project documentation and financial closure.
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure all project activities adhere to cGMP, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Collaboration : Lead cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Financial Oversight : Monitor project budgets, control costs, manage cash flow, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular updates to stakeholders, manage project risks and interdependencies, and ensure clear, consistent communication.
- Documentation & Handover : Maintain organized project records and ensure seamless handover to site engineering and operational teams.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering required (Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or Engineering Management preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a cGMP or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of packaging and manufacturing operations.
- Experience with capital project budgeting and financial tracking preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- AutoCAD proficiency preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication across all organizational levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
