Job Duties:
Lead a framing and siding crew on residential and commercial projects
Demonstrate a wide range of carpentry and trade skills
Willingness to work across multiple scopes, including siding, framing, trim, and general construction tasks
Interpret and execute from detailed construction drawings and plans
Deliver high-quality work on complex and unique projects
Maintain a clean, safe job site and ensure OSHA-compliant practices
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members
Keep projects on schedule and communicate daily progress and needs
Requirements:
5+ years of framing and/or siding experience
Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
Proficient in reading and executing from plans
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Pay & Benefits:
$33$38/hour, depending on experience
401(k) retirement plan offered
Full-time, consistent year-round work

Work is based in the Portland metro area, with occasional projects throughout Oregon and SW Washington.
