We're a busy, well-established custom framing shop in Overland Park, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, hard working, positive, detail-driven team member to join our growing business. About the Role: As a Picture Framer, you'll be a key part of our front-line team, working directly with customers to design beautiful, meaningful custom frames. You'll also help with finishing framed orders, preparing materials, and keeping things running smoothly in our shop. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, creative work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. What You'll Do: Greet customers and guide them through frame design options (we'll train you!) Offer creative and practical design advice for art, photos, jerseys, memorabilia, and more Assist with assembling frames, and completing orders to high standards Help maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring store space What We're Looking For: Friendly, personable, and great with people Strong attention to detail and an eye for color, style, and design Comfortable standing and moving throughout the daythis is not a desk job Retail, art, or framing experience is a plus (but not requiredwe'll train the right person!)
