Their team specializes in transforming concrete surfaces into beautiful, long-lasting finishes to serve their clients across the Gallatin Valley.As a General Laborer, you will support skilled painters and applicators in preparing, cleaning, painting, and sealing decorative concrete surfaces. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.Pay: $20 to $22/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through Thursday - 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Essential Functions and Duties:Assist in surface preparation including cleaning, grinding, masking, and pressure washingMix paints, stains, and sealers under supervisionApply coatings using rollers, sprayers, or brushesLoad and unload tools, materials, and equipmentMaintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and work vehiclesAssist in cleanup and final walkthroughs of completed jobsSupport the lead painter and crew as needed with general labor dutiesQualifications:Prior construction or painting experience preferredComfortable working with hand tools, grinders, and paint sprayersAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet for extended periodsWilling to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-player attitudeCall or text Dre in our LC Staffing Kalispell Office at ...40862
