About the Role
As a Commercial HVAC Installer Technician, youll play a critical role in installing, maintaining, and replacing commercial HVAC systems for clients with a national presence. Working remotely in and around Cincinnati, OH, youll collaborate with a robust support team to deliver precision installations, routine maintenance, and exceptional service. With the tools and resources provided, youll thrive in a dynamic, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including precise pipefitting, brazing, and soldering.
Perform routine maintenance and replace parts to ensure system efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues during installation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Adhere to safety protocols, environmental, health, security, and fire protection regulations.
Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client concerns with professionalism.
Collaborate with team members, including dispatchers and supervisors, to meet project deadlines.
Provide observations and recommendations to enhance system performance.
Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Work independently with minimal supervision, adapting to various HVAC systems and technologies.
What We Offer Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Hourly Rate: $30$40/hour ($62,400$83,200 annually).
Overtime Opportunities: Authorized with supervisor approval.
Travel Perks: $55 daily per diem and lodging provided for authorized out-of-town travel.
Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure.

EPA Certification (required).

Ability to pass drug, background, and drivers license checks.
Willingness to meet enhanced security clearance requirements.
Physical ability to climb/descend ladders carrying up to 30 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs., and work in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics).
Commitment to wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed.
Skills
