We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Aviation Civil Engineering team in Milwaukee, WI. This is a unique opportunity to help establish and grow our aviation presence in a new geographic market, while shaping the future of national aviation capabilities.

What You'll Do
Lead planning, design, and construction of civil and transportation projects
Manage and mentor junior staff while overseeing design tasks
Prepare bidding documents (plans and specifications), including:
Site layout, grading, drainage, pavement design, signage, utilities, and erosion control
Quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and construction schedules
Support client managers and build relationships with aviation clients
Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams and ensure successful delivery
Participate in business development, including outreach, proposals, and community engagement
Conduct or oversee construction observation and project engineering tasks
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering with expertise in:
Transportation, site development, and infrastructure design
Geometric design, grading, drainage, pavements, utilities, and specifications
Aviation project experience is a plus
Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois and/or Wisconsin (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in business development and staff supervision (preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience strongly preferred
Willingness to travel as needed
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
