Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Transportation Engineer PE position include: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) license in Missouri Minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation engineering with MoDOT and LPA project experience preferred Lead federally funded transportation projects from planning to completion, including design, specs, and cost estimates Collaborate with MoDOT, municipalities, and stakeholders for well-rounded project delivery Serve as Discipline Lead for Missouri, mentoring and growing a high-performing transportation team Work closely with teams across multiple office locations to share resources and best practices Develop and implement strategic plans for team growth and client engagement Ensure high standards in quality assurance and project outcomes through innovative solutions Salary: $110,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
