What You'll Do Finish and smooth poured concrete for commercial projects (floors, sidewalks, curbs, etc.) Set and align forms accurately Apply curing compounds and surface treatments Operate finishing tools and machinery Interpret blueprints and follow job specifications Maintain a clean and safe job site What We're Looking For 2+ years of commercial concrete finishing experience Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions Reliable transportation and valid driver's license OSHA certification is a plus Why Work With Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
