Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include: 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably on municipal projects such as schools, libraries, and fire stations Strong documentation skills and experience leading projects from bid through completion Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project), Adobe, and PDF editing/manipulation Experience with subcontractor negotiations, submittals, pay applications, and related project documentation Ability to manage and oversee projects ranging from $800K to $15M Coordinate and communicate effectively with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and municipal clients Maintain comprehensive project records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards 95% on-site role with all travel local (within 90 minutes); mileage reimbursement provided Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
