Construction Laborer**
**Job Description**
As a construction laborer, you will be tasked with preparing old trailers for remodel by tearing out old structures and installing new components. Your responsibilities will include finish carpentry work, such as trimming, installing doors and windows, painting, and performing basic dry wall and sheetrock tasks. You will lay carpet and tile, as well as perform basic plumbing accessory finishing. Additional duties may be assigned to ensure trailers are ready for use.
**Responsibilities**
+ Tear out old trailer structures for remodel preparation
+ Perform finish carpentry work including trim, doors, and windows
+ Conduct painting and basic dry wall/sheetrock tasks
+ Lay carpet and tile
+ Finish basic plumbing accessories
+ Execute other make-ready duties as assigned
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in construction
+ Proficiency in carpentry, framing, and drywall
+ Skill in using hand tools for construction tasks
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Carpentry experience is preferred
+ High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred for career advancement

The dress code is casual; wear anything you don't mind getting dirty. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with the possibility of after-hours work and occasional Saturdays. Most workers prefer a 30-minute lunch to leave early.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
