What You'll Do:
-Execute precise installations, including cable pulling, connector setups, mounting, and metal fabrication.
-Transform schematics and blueprints into immersive AV environments.
-Mentor Technicians in AV installation.
-Liaise with clients to realize their vision.
-Manage project documentation, ensuring quality and safety.
-Travel to various sites, providing expertise and leadership.
-Oversee project documentation and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety on every job site.
Compensation:
$90,000 to $120,000 per year annual salary. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
-Active Top Secret Clearance
-4 years of audiovisual installation experience
-Experience leading large projects as an AV Lead Technician
-Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
-Valid Drivers License and a Motor Vehicle Record Preferred External Training:
InfoComm Quick Start to the audiovisual industry
InfoComm CTS General Certification
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Course
Crestron Professional Installation Certification
