Lead a Landmark Distillery Project from the Ground Up We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to spearhead the expansion of a premier distillery and dry house. You'll serve as the heartbeat of this initiative, coordinating across engineering, operations, finance, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and innovation.
What You'll Own-
Lead all project phases—from design and construction through commissioning and full operational readiness

Ensure systems are validated and fully compliant before handoff

Align stakeholders from operations to finance to engineering to keep goals and deliverables on track

Drive communication between contractors and internal teams to eliminate roadblocks

Manage change orders, contingency planning, and budget control to mitigate delays and overruns

Oversee all technical documentation, validation records, and meeting communications

Monitor daily activities on-site to maximize efficiency during commissioning

Local and regional engineering, sustainability, and manufacturing teams

Financial and project management stakeholders

Trusted external contractors and design-build partners

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

3–5 years managing large capital projects in manufacturing or process industries

Strong track record working with cross-functional teams and external vendors

PMP certification (preferred)

Familiarity with distillation, drying systems, and industrial automation is a plus

High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Ability to work safely on-site (e.g., construction areas, heights, ladders)
