Onsite Construction Coordinator - Seasonal Position

Location: Sunset Park, Brooklyn, NY
Duration: Now through mid-September with the potential to extend for other projects

EMA Project Management is actively hiring an enthusiastic and dependable Construction Coordinator to support our project in a commercial building in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.

This position will be onsite 7:00-3:00 Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities Include:
Support the onsite team with daily operational tasks
Manage and maintain project logs and documentation (including site walk through and preparing daily field reports)
Track and report material deliveries and onsite inventory
Assist in coordinating subcontractors and site schedules
Monitor safety procedures and site compliance
Relay updates and issues to project leadership

Key Qualifications:
1 2 years project or construction management experience
Ability to read blueprints
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based programs
Strong organizational and communication skills
Willingness to learn - training will be provided
Reliable transportation
