Seasonal General Laborer With Overtime Opportunity

Lancaster Asphalt Systems, Inc ., has been a longstanding, family-run business in Lititz, PA for 50 years. We have successfully employed full time and part time seasonal workers for many years. We need full-time, seasonal help from April/-Sep/Oct. This would be general labor work in the areas of driveway and parking lot sealcoating or color work for sports surfaces such as tennis courts, running tracks, pickleball & basketball courts. Employees that return each season will have the opportunity to learn and grow with the business as well as accrue benefits like PTO, health insurance & retirement. This job is perfect for someone who likes to work outside and work with their hands and is not afraid to get dirty. While the starting rate is $18/hr., we will pay more for someone with experience in sealcoating, asphalt repair, line striping or athletic court surfacing. When working on the color crew, there is also the opportunity to earn prevailing wage on certain jobs.

Responsibilities

• Working and training under the direction of the job foreman and managers
• Carrying buckets, taping, pulling color or other coatings, etc.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
