Project Engineer

Project Engineer (New Hyde Park, NY) - Provide civil engineering analysis, project management, and technical services in construction projects and ensure construction projects are carried out in compliance with engineered design, plans, and drawing in compliance with Building Codes/Regulatory Compliance; Write and submit testing/inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists using AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MSI (Master of Special Inspections); Perform on-site project analysis, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget and according to designs using Adv Construction Management; Analyze and determine the specifications of the civil engineering project; Create RFI's, Submittals, and Shop drawings of Adv Reinforced Conc Design using Autocad, Revu, and Staad software; Coordinate day-to-day field construction activities with subcontractor, and ensure a safe environment (Construction Site Safety) on job sites in compliance with OSHA 10/30, DOB, and FDNY rules; Perform risk analysis and optimize project efficiency on a budget scale using Risk Management. Must have a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management plus skills and knowledge in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Risk Management, Building Codes/Regulatory Compliance, Construction Site Safety. $100k~$105k/year.
